Khamis bin Mohammed Al Shamakhi, Undersecretary of the Ministry, and in the presence of specialists from the Ministry of Transport, Communications and Information Technology, the Projects, Tenders and local Content Authority, and Directors-General of the regional municipalities, a workshop on Foamed Bitumen Recycling Technology was organized.
